The Diamond Series / Princess R56E built by Cavco Lake Arlington is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide manufactured home with 1,530 square feet on a 56-foot frame. A kitchen island with an LED light box sits between the dining room and the utility room, which holds a washer and dryer. The bath at the back right has a tub, a walk-in shower and a double vanity beside the large bedroom at the front right. A media station with bookcases lines the living room, and two bedrooms sit at the left with a hall bath that has a tub-shower. This floor plan is part of Cavco Lake Arlington’s Ovation home line.
